our other Guards who can play a bit are Dorsey & Mitrou-Long, who didn't come over this year, Bramos, who hasn't played for us in a while, and Larentzakis who is glued to the bench. Papanikolaou's rapid deterioration in the last 2-3 years has hurt A LOT, and the fact that Papapetrou never developed a reliable jumper did the same. Vasileiadis was terrible for the NT in his prime, he is not the solution to our problems in the mature age of 35. Let him chuck in glory for bad ACB spanish teams.

I'm from Sydney, not from Melbourne- my blood runs kebab, not souva. But today you are all my brothers. Today you play the greatest evil facing humanity. Best of luck, you are doing god's work.

Ersan can come home now. One down, three more to go (Khris, Giannis, Brook)

Funny fact :

With 7 minutes to go Giannis is 4 assists short of the first Triple Double in WC history.

Our eyes hurt...
In order to have a chance we need either:

1) Our coach to become a coach and make logical plays
Or
2)Go back in time find Skourtopoulos parents and give them a condom

Personally I Would go out on the streets and wait for a Delorean....

Our actual management posted a lineup with the starting 2 guard being Tony Snell.

Have to imagine the Bucks are secretly hoping for a New Zealand win & Hellas exit today. Giannis is gonna smash the Kiwis’s front court but those Webster brothers are some tough little shotmakers. Fotu is fun too.

As always elite posting.Had no idea what players New Zealand had before reading your post and you were 100% confirmed.Webster brothers bomb away from everywhere and Fotu impressed me.

Honestly the only difference between this game and the one against Brazil is that NZ did not have the bigs to stop us from going into the paint. If Adams played they would have beat us too.

Loved the kiwi team. If you grow up in NZ you grow up playing rugby, and that means they are physical in every sport, they're not scared of contact, they have excellent conditioning and they never give up. Shame the best talents stay in rugby.

The infatuation some people have with the scrub called vasileiadis is unreal. It's like the world cup he took part in and was terrible never happened.

I think Khris and Brook have greater chance of injury, so I'm going with Greece!

Anyone know how we would watch Saturday morning?

I think it would be Giannis then Brook then Khris in injury order. Khris doesn't try to do anything athletic enough to cause injury. Giannis already has his chronic knee problems and goes balls out every play while Brook is old and awkward.

Yes, I'd prefer home and resting with less risk of injury. He's the most important thing by far. Plus, well hey I'd prefer USA to win the thing in general
