The Celtics 2019-2020 Where Are The Celtics Weakness?

Everyone explains how good and strong the Boston Celtics are. However the major weakness from the 2018-2019 season and the 2019-2020 season are significant. Starting last season rebounding and lack of any low post offense were missing. Next defense spotty and sometimes uncertain the team did not put a strong effort into playing good defense as a team. Too many outside jump shots were taken. Team chemistry and continuity were questionable and erratic. This team has some weaknesses at power forward with rebounding, defense and scoring. Team chemistry is unknown now. The center position defensively is questionable and unknown. Will the Kemba Walker scenario work for the Celtics. Tatum, Brown and Hayward can these players provide the punch offensively, defensively and provide good team chemistry balance scoring and compliment one another. Can Brad Stevens use the combination of Williams, Kanter, Theis and Tacko Fall as a committee to provide defense, low post scoring and passing to find the open man( good ball movement using the 4 and 5 positions). Semi Olyeje can he elevate his game to play the 2,3 and 4 positions as needed. Will this team perform and win at the highest level possible similar to the 2017-2018 Celtics did. Brad Stevens has a tremendous amount of work to do to use the talent on this team wisely for this season 2019-2020 Celtics. Will the veterans influence the younger players to work hard and work within the boundaries of the system Brad Stevens uses. The big question is does this team have the will power and mentality to win consistently and win it all. Will Brad Stevens be the great coach to bring the best from this new collection of players for the 2019-2020 season. Remember Danny Ainge needs to be commended for not making drastic moves, having patience and faith in Brad Stevens after having a season that was very problematic.

You need to learn the respective definitions of "fact" and "opinion". Then you need to realize if you're talking to ANYONE on this board they've "followed the activities of this team", it's kind of what we do around here..

For me, the season wasn't the complete train wreck that everybody remembers it as. Did it fall short of expectations? Yeah, for sure. But I'm also sure that the remaining players have learned from that experience and will be better for it.

For a large degree, they proved they could go out and beat the best but often played down to lesser opponents (i.e. 0-3 against Orlando). I chalk this up to lack of cohesion, arrogance and weak coaching to make timely substitutions. There were plenty of nights that they were firing and things looked beautiful.

I'm beyond confident that the skillset currently exists to be a title-contending team.
