So he calls a game the same way he used to play the game?

Couple of mates of mine went to the game. Said it was electric.

Serbia is gonna be a problem. Their ball movement is fantastic.

If Team USA does pretty poorly... is Kemba a potential Ewing Theory candidate?

Its not inconceivable that Kemba just isn't a good on-court teammate and his teams fail with him as the leader. I mean he never won anything here.

Hard for me to tell how serious that statement is, but I'll admit to sometimes still having occasional doubts about Kemba even over the past few years. Super interested to see how Boston works out & still rooting for him.
My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody

Rui is very intriguing. I believe he has a lot of potential. Of course he is a Jordan brand guy. Jordan can sure get players for his brand but not for his team.

I kind of feel sorry for Kemba. What's he doing hanging with all these kids. US just about lose to Turkey. Not a good look imo.

Sad we can barely beat Turkey. Serbia should beat the US easily.

This team is very unimpressive and doesn't seem too motivated either. But how could you be when the top players are dropping out left and right? Money is such a big deal to a lot of these guys and you don't make near as much doing this and risk a whole lot more. I don't think they'll be going very far and it looks like Kemba will be the one falling on the sword since he's about the only star on the team.

Kobe criticizing Kemba. I think this is a big reason why of our end game struggles last season.

Great points by Kobe. How many times did this happen with the Hornets? Two considerations; Kemba can’t be as familiar with his teammates as he would with his own team, but, we’ve seen that movie before anyway. The other reason he might not attack that opportunity is his height...plenty of similar situations would get his shot blocked.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.
