Miami goes into win-now mode and trades recently drafted Herro along with Winslow for Derozan, they move off the second year of Johnson, and they swap Dragic (who is a score-first point guard) for Teague (who is a more assist and defense-oriented point guard)
who will play better alongside Butler and Derozan, Bellinelli also gives the team a consistent outside shooting threat.

San Antonio proceeds with their recent trend toward getting younger and the addition of Adams allows Aldridge to move to his more comfortable position at the 4, while also still being competitive.

OKC moves off of two veterans in their push towards a rebuild, they take a chance on Wiggins doing better in a new environment along with a young piece in Keldon Johnson, Dragic can probably also still net an asset closer to the deadline.

Minnesota has one less year w/ CP3 contract than they did with Wiggins, they decide it is time to just move on from him, they also net a first-round pick.

I'm personally not a fan of DeRozan and don't really feel like we should give up both Herro and Winslow for him, especially since spacing is going o be so important around Butler.

Minn doesnt want CP3. Yes Wiggins is a bad contract but CP3's is no prize. And the potential for personality conflict with KAT is sufficient to kill the deal by itself. We dont need a repeat of Butler.

This really only helps Minnesota. It's awkward directionally for both San Antonio and Miami, and OKC's getting washed in value (seriously, why are they giving a first round pick to take Wiggins?).

You could retool it some, but this probably would work better if stripped back to multiple 2-team trades, reexamined for motives, then put back together. DeRozan is an extremely awkward fit in Miami as currently constructed (and even as constructed after...I don't think he and Butler are going to exactly mesh). OKC has no incentive to give assets to get worse—they'll be out of the tax this year in all likelihood and for sure next year, and by that point if they have to play out the year with CP3 that contract's a year shorter. San Antonio doesn't really need much help on the front line and I'm not sure they'd give DeRozan for Winslow (plus I think Herro is being a little overrated off a strong Summer League). I like Winslow but I think they like DeRozan and shooters more than this level of retool.

Minny shifts bad money for bad money and gets a far better player AND compensation. At this point anyone assigning any value to WIggins is doing it off "potential" and that ship done sailed, my man.

I don't see trading Winslow (who will likely play point for the Heat), but Miami could do a simple trade of DeMar DeRozan for Goran Dragic and Dion Waiters. It would almost get Miami out of the tax this season ($300,000 more to go in a deadline trade) and definitely move the Heat from the hard cap. (note: just realized Miami would have to sign another player for minimum though...)

Derozan is the only free agent on the market. He's going to get paid.
