Well Lee was key to winning a championship. You just need to find the right roles for guys. Randle is on that bubble a little. He could either be a guy who takes a next step and is among the best scorers in the league, or is a really good 2nd scorer, if not great. That's all well & good. His contract and skills are a fit for 2nd scorer. Hell you can pay your second scorer a true Max and in this day & age that's what will happen.

they only won a championship when Lee became a 6th man. Which makes plenty of sense, considering he was never a good defender.

Couldn't tell you. Maybe they just want him to keep that fire. I don't know what they will see in the next 30 days that will make a huge difference.

Have they picked up DSJ's option?
