Scherzer has given up 12 ER in his last 17.2 innings. Lots of K's as usual but he's been hit pretty well. I still don't see us scoring much tonight. House money though.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

It's hard to imagine them beating Scherzer, but it's harder to imagine they did what they just did in September, without Yelich, soooooooo.

He won't be. We won't be carrying only 10 pitchers.

This game thread isn't official until SH comes here and tells us it's a must win.

Headed down to the game now...wearing my Nyjer Morgan Jersey. Nats fans love to be reminded they've never won a playoff series and a guy they jettisoned win us one.

I'm getting 2017 NFC championship vibes from this one. Hell of a run going in but right from the start it's going to feel like we have no chance and watching to the end is going to be painful. 7-1 Nats is my prediction.

Hope I'm wrong.

This has been a great run regardless and I love this team. Of course I hope they win, but really all I ask is that they don't let Shaw pinch-hit for Woodruff. I'm too young for a massive stroke.
Wut we've got here is... faaailure... to communakate.

Trying to talk myself into being satisfied no matter the outcome. But the MLB playoffs are so perfect because in a small sample size a lot of weird **** can happen. I hope we get some of those kinds of breaks and performances.

Ugh. Ernie Johnson is a terrible play by play guy.
