Frank's going to be shorter than JJ Barrea in a minute.

It looks like Randle hangs out with DSjr at Bojangles. One has a back problem and the other one might end up like Eddy Curry.

Kidding aside it’s wingspan that gives a guy length in large part ... and there’s a big difference between the two there. But Trier does have good height and it is part of his ability to get off shots for sure.

He’s big but I don’t think he’s out of shape.

We got scammed by the French. I blame the metric system. We should get reparations for this

I was just j/k KG. I hope he gets in team mode when it comes to the Knicks offense.

One, starting the vets takes all the pressure off our young guys like RJ, Frank, DSJ, Knox who all have something to prove this season. Let them come off the bench as a unit and develop some confidence and chemistry against the opposing team's second unit. They would certainly bring a lot of energy off the bench. Hopefully, this would help them develop some chemistry and a defensive identity. Let them make Fizdale change his mind. It's good for them. Let them feel slighted.

Now you want to start Ellington?

Had we not signed Morris, I would 1000% support starting Ellington with DSJ at the point and RJ on the wing. He's the ideal fit for their development since he doesn't need the ball and he stretches the floor and hits the 3 at an elite level. The development of our young guys is also dependent upon the kind of player we surround them with, not just their playing time (as you well know). Now it's a little more complicated since Morris is more than likely gonna start at the 3. I can't wait to see which one of our young guys stands out, especially in the backcourt!

Damman those measurements made me lose a couple inches, too.

Now DSJ's balky back is acting up and the PRE-season hasn't even started. I think this gives Payton a leg up on the starting PG position. We could go with Trier as the starting SG but I just love him as this scoring machine coming off the bench. I wish Dotson was healthy because then it would be an easy decision just to start him there. So if it's now Payton and Ellington in the backcourt to start the season, that's fine with me. I want to see this young and talented group of young players frothing at the mouth and just waiting to get onto the court to create havoc against the opposing team and take over the game. Why put all the pressure on RJ right now by starting him at the 2? Bring him along so that he's comfortable, developing, and succeeding?

So the NBA makes a big to do about the new era of accurate measurements and now we get this BS about Frank being smaller than other guys he is obviously taller than?

Ja Morant should’ve been a Knick and I’m not going to let this one go. Would’ve been cool with Garland as a consolation prize, but whatever.

Trust me babe, that's an NBA measurement but in real life it's bigger.
