In addition it looks like the early entry and concession discount of 10% will be for all Friday games. Plus we get 10% off at the MECCA on non-game days. Not sure how many Friday games I will go to but do like that they're doing this.

For example I traded in my upper level corner seats for 2 early season weekday games that would be tough to sell and used the credit to get 2 lower level seats for the Friday night Giannis bobblehead game vs the Clippers.

Thanks so much for the heads up. I had been checking for this daily and i had already checked the app this morning so I wouldn't have got to it until tomorrow. This is my first year as a season ticket holder and I've been very nervous about being able to unload the useless early week games. I was able to get rid of and replace every non-marque Mon-Wed game on the schedule and replace it with something MUCH better. Granted, the seats aren't quite as good, but i feel very good about the financials now.

I'm having issues returning seats this morning. Yesterday I had issues using my credit, but it did eventually work.

How does this work? I accidentally bought 'upgrades' thinking they were single seats. Now I have this upgrade, do they take away my ticket up top? It is confusing to me.

Yep, thanks for the heads up Brad! Just scored some insane tickets to the Warriors and Sixers games by trading in my preseason games, Knicks game in December, and Cavs game in January.

What's the issue you are having?

I know that the exchange is pretty buggy, so after you make one transaction, it's a good idea to just close the window and open up the member ticket swap section again. that seems to work every time.

also, as far as i know you can't simply go to your ticket inventory in the regular area of the app and select "return tickets." you must go into the member ticket swap section.

I click to submit tickets to return and get a "sorry, none of your tickets are available to return" message. I had no issues returning some on Friday afternoon. Yesterday and today, no luck.

That's weird. Unless you are trying to return tickets for games that occur after March 14 or 16th or whatever the cut off is. For some reason they won't let you return those ones.

Fear district was a major problem for getting people in today. Huge, unnecessary line because of the haunted houses and no where else for people to line up.

I appreciate what they're doing down there. But, a lack of thought seemed to have went into that.
Why should you go to jail for a crime someone else noticed? You don't need double talk... You need Bob Loblaw.

Yes that may be the issue. I must have missed that cutoff date.

Yep, total ****. Didn't help they didn't open all of the doors and didn't have the Johnson Controls entrance available either. I don't know what they were expecting.

These are some serious 1st world/“Bucks won 60 games and have a ton of fans now” problems. Imagine a world 7 years ago where the Bucks were retread trash year in and year out, seeing into the future of the team and arena and these are the complaints.

Gladly take it over the alternative. But if you have 12,000+ people RSVP that they're coming to a general-admission event at your arena you get a few more people to work security/ticket scanning for the doors. It shouldn't take 45 minutes to work through the line to get in. Poor planning.

Anyone who went to the game tonight notice anything different off the court compared to last season? Any new food options? Higher prices?

Donuts are gone

Auntie Anne's Pretzel's replaced it. That's the only food change I noticed.

Pro Shop has some new stuff, but, nothing really blew me away.

Was kinda shocked at how few people were there. It felt weird.

You could hear the talking/clapping from the Jazz bench in the upper deck it was so quiet.

That's how I was with Pro Shop last year, nothing grabbed me all year. I had a gift card I was itching to use too. And some of the **** I just cant justify the price tag, especially if I don't love it.

Is this only for season ticket holders? I have a 10 game pack. I can only see a way to upgrade tickets and it looks like you can do it only close to the game day. I don't see a way to return tickets or exchange them for different games.

It's only for full season ticket holders.

There were quite a few games there were no to very limited upgrades available. I was somewhat surprised I was able to upgrade a Saturday Warriors game but not a week night Pelicans even with Zion hype.

The warriors tickets were oddly low. $54 for lower bowl. Very few other games had that option.
