Yeah, this past year he was very consistently a power forward, but it was recent enough that I was okay cheating a little.

If hypothetically Giannis and Siakam played on the same team — you know, like in an all-star game — I am very curious to see how they would be situated, considering Giannis is better at both.

You’ll notice that some players here that I’ve called overrated, I am actually a huge fan of. On the other side of things, some players that I call far underrated like Kobe, Isiah, I absolutely despised. But these are my “loaded” and “favorite player” lineups.


After the Bulls, I’ve been a huge fan of the Nuggets, Blazers, Spurs and Mavs over the last two decades in particular. They play basketball the right way and have had some admirable franchise players.

I liked him two. Also liked Roy Hibbert, Joel Pryzbilla and even the spare Greg Stiemsa. Give me the big physical rim protector. I know they are essentially extinct now, but much like the also extinct pass-first point guard I still love them.

Good picks. I thought that I was the only weirdo who appreciated Hibbert. His downfall, like Joakim’s, was quick. I don’t know what it is about declining defensive centers..... Perhaps it’s because athleticism is such a big part of defense. Now that bigs must move around the court so much, they tend to be more injury-prone.

What surprised me about Asik is that whenever he was on the court, the opposing team eventually turned into a jump shooting team. I’ve haven’t really seen that from other centers. It’s too bad that he couldn’t catch a pass.

Though the Chicago Bench mob was a fairly loaded defensive squad, I believe that Asik was a big reason that they had such impressive defensive statistics.
