Ah, so the intent is to compare some incredible team players with a bunch of heavy usage guys? Interesting. Yeah, scoring distribution would be an absolute mess. But Wilt is the main difference for me. One of the four best peaks in NBA history, and his defence alone could swing that series and effectively shut down a team without much shooting.

Odd, I had the exact opposite reaction. Wilt is way better than Jokic but every other position on the court favors Jokic except Kobe v. Manu (which is still at least arguable). Not necessarily individually better as a star on a team full of role players but clearly better in a team context with this many scorers on the floor.

Webber played on an elite team and thrives with other scorers because of his playmaking.

Kobe is strong defensively, and was willing to defer more early/later in his career.

WB used to be solid defensively- taking 16 WB gives an explosive guard with solid defense.

Carmelo was great on the Olympic teams, and won’t bad enough to drag this team down.
