The program does alot for you with their own preseason rankings.

But first few rounds draft best player available.
Later rounds draft for positional need.

I try to pick a couple of categories and try to dominate them. For example you want to own rebounds and assists, then draft the guys who are the best at that but probable lack in other areas.

Also I try to not take too many players from the same team.

I'm sorry, we're only going with 16 teams.

That was my mistake for not locking it.

it was only showing the top 15 picks, me having the last pick it didnt show till after pick 1 was made
