God I'm sick of CJ. Feels like anytime there's a whiff of momentum he decides that is the possession to go 1 on 4 and force up an ugly ass floater.

Yep. When we had that big roster turnover and CJ became our starting 2 I really really wanted Crabbe to start and CJ to be sixth man. He may have proved me wrong for a season or 2 but he's been going downhill since. When he's hot he's a Carmelo level ball stopper but at least he's putting points on the board. When he's off, he's a black hole of poor shot selection and turnovers.

Make way for Ant!! Trade CJ for depth.

Yeah, the D has not looked good so far this year. Losing Zach is part of that, but it seems to be the biggest early problem for the team, IMO.

I've been on the trade CJ bandwagon for quite some time. Showing up pretty well in the playoffs is nice.... but the guy has been a disaster for well over 50% of regular seasons over the past couple years. I was SUCH a believer after his 2016-17 year... but he's just been a worse Lou Williams at 2.5x the price since then.

....I've hated running 2 small guard lineups, ever since Juan Dixon and Steve Blake. It looks great until you face a team like a healthy Warriors team with a 6'8 SG in Klay.

CJ needs to go. I said it last year. And I return to the same notion. This team would be sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much better using his money on the wing. Unfortunately, the Blazers made yet another franchise crippling mistake in giving him big money, and now I'm not sure they could trade him for decent value.

I feel so bad for Lillard. This team is a disaster.

Stotts needs to hold players accountable. This team can't sustain CJs play. He needs to sit if he's going to come out and give the Blazers nights like this.
