[Bucher] Steph Curry unlikely to return this year

Post#1 » by codydaze » Fri Nov 8, 2019 6:55 pm

Read on Twitter

It's Ric Bucher so who knows, but looks like Golden State is ready to roll out the tank? They are saying that his hand is worse than they expected.

The Warriors going to get a top 3 pick it seems. The pick the traded is top 20 protected right?

I would like to say I did call this right after KD got injured.
Obviously the breaking the hand wasn't planned, but I thought that the second GS had the chance to sit him for any kind of injury, his season would be done. GS is going full tank mode this season.

Probably better for his legacy as well, he looked terrible in the few games he played this season.

At this point in his career Curry's trade value with his massive contract is most likely not even among the top 20 in the league.

You know what i mean. Was discussed enough on the general board.

But it was pretty obvious that the Warriors would go full Spurs 1997 after the injury...

Spurs did the same thing with David Robinson. Worked out well for them.

LOL at this generation of posters, making statements and judgments about others they don't actually know and when they don't know the full details of a situation.

The whole he will be exposed without KD and not being a part of a super team thing? Really?

I read some of the garbage about Steph on this board and truly wonder if people knew the NBA existed before KD joined the Warriors.

It's that stupid.

If you are healthy, the franchise star, and are being paid 30 freaking million dollars a year, freaking go out and play. The fans pay for tickets to SEE YOU PLAY in your new arena, it doesn't matter if you lose. We are fans, and we want to see the stars play. It doesn't matter with tanking cause you'll lose games anyway. Basically throwing away a healthy prime season just cause the title is unattainable, what a waste.
