No. Re-seed them 1-16 at the start of the playoffs or not at all. Why re-seed the final four teams? Just dumb. Silver is dumb.

No mid-season tourney either.

Reseed from 1-16, HOWEVER

Allow the 1st seed to pick it's opponent, then allow the 2nd seed to pick one of the remaining 13, and so on...

Why not? Would be super exciting and increase the tension.

This has potential to make more money for people so it might get in.

If they did this then they could have another series where there is a playoff for 3-4 with some type of incentive for the players(money) and the franchise (money, win extra 2nd round picks at the end of the draft?). It would then make it easier to justify shortening the regular season as there is the additional income from the increased playoff games.
