Per 100 possessions he averages 38.9 Points, 10.0 Rebounds, 4.4 Assists, 2.7 Steals and 1.0 Block (also 5.8 Turnovers, though). He is currently shooting 50.9% on 3's with a 0.453 3PAr. 80.8% from the line. 61.8% TS.
His shot is so smooth, great arc and he can get it off over anyone. He has shown some off-screen and pull-up shooting. Posts up smaller players and shoots over them. He isn't very athletic but has excellent size for a Guard, still solid size for a SF. Prone to forcing some shots up inside the arc and gets cut off his drives at times but once he gets stronger that should alleviate some of the issues, even though he'll never be explosive off the dribble.
Not anything special on defense but can hold his own and should be more active once his usage drops (currently sits at 33.9% USG – he carries Virginia Tech on that end). His playmaking instincts have improved since first couple games of the season as well; he missed some reads then and instead forced up shots, whereas recently he has done a much better job passing off doubles and leveraging his scoring threat.
To sum up, I can see him being an efficient scorer on respectable volume as a wing at the next level, with elite shooting and great size who holds his own defensively and plays well off others (he is used to setting screens and moving into open spots around the perimeter already). Guys like that are hot commodities in the league.
Nolley isn't a Guard man, he can't dribble
He is playing literally stretch 5 for VA Tech (tallest dude in the team who plays regularly other than a 10minpg back-up) which helps him on both ends really
He is kinda the Tolliver archetype, stretch 4 with really good shooting profile, but no way he is athletic enough to play on the wing and has shown 0 aptitude to put the ball on the floor and do anything, needless to say, doesn't look great on D
