Shai Gilgeous Alexander... Man. Would easily take him over Trae Young.

I’ve watched a handful of Lakers games and I’ve actually felt they have that Suns 2010 chemistry too. Everyone’s always joking around on the bench and lot of unselfish players. Even guys like Dwight and Rondo have put their ego aside and are playing their role as role players extremely well.

Damn OKC just keeps winning. CP3 dealt with injuries every season when he was on title contenders and yet this season he’s durable as hell. Can’t make this up.

I know. Was a little surprised to see them pull that out. If they keep that team intact, and stay healthy, they will make the playoffs for sure. I won't be surprised if they do if they don't get a good offer. Gallinari, if he doesn't net a first, I'd just let him expire and take the cap space. Paul's contract won't be bad for them with all their draft picks and rookie contracts, along with Gallinari expiring. Then they only have Adams for one more year, and Atlanta has expressed interest. But with Paul and Shai along with Adams up front, that's not bad with rookies progressing, especially with Shroeder off the bench.

I'm sure Presti would prefer to trade Paul but he can be a good leader. If they could get up to the 6 seed or even 5th and somehow face Houston that would be awesome. How awesome would it be to see OKC take Houston out after that trade?

So SA beats GS in OT, and is in the 8th seed. Sucks we couldn't hold onto that 2 pt lead with the ball and 9 seconds left, as we'd be 14-19 and they'd be 13-19 and we'd be in the 8th seed slightly ahead of them and Portland. This could be close. Of course we are not even halfway through the season so who knows what will happen, but I think (hope) we have gotten through our bad stretch and hopefully Ayton and others can stay healthy.

I read somewhere that Portland has ended their sweetest part of the schedule with a lot of games at home, so I guess they will lose more.

Beating a dead horse but I got really excited when I heard the suns were trading up, I thought it was for Shai.

Well, by the time they traded up, Shai was gone (of course Mikal was too) but Shai had already been traded for Miles Bridges. The Hornets just got what they thought was a better deal and probably a guy they wanted (Miles Bridges) more than who they could have gotten at 17 (DiVincenzo or the guy Philly ended up taking).

Yeah I think OKC can surprise people. They play like an actual top team. Not jus the Rockets (would be fun because of the storylines) but even could give the Lakers a run for their money.

I thought they had a fluke start but their legit in every way and a tier above the Suns above. Just beat San Antonio tonight on the road as well.

That leaves only the 8th spot for grabs with 7 teams fighting for it. All western teams left except GSW. Is going to be crazy.

Everything can change, there is not only one spot for grab. A lot of season ahead of us.

An injury from CP3 would be enough to make the Thunder a terrible team and be out of the playoff race in a couple weeks.

I have high hopes for us after winning the Kings and Blazers. We NEEDED those wins.

We have every player ealthy now and we are gonna face winnable teams. Great momet to improve our record.

The Grizzlies winning easily on the road to the Clippers. They are playing great and healthy.

And against who we play tomorrow? The Grizzlies. Damn. It's gonna be tough AGAIN. No tanking teams in the NBA anymore, those changes about the draft were really good.

It was a good night for the Suns. But the Thunder won and they are separating themselves from the 8th place. Really solid at 7th.

The Pelicans are there, they can be more dangerous than the Kings and Wolves fighting for the playoffs.

Thunder have a strong chance to move up past Dallas.

I honestly think this year’s Thunder team is the best Thunder team since KD left.

Yeah, I think I projected them to finish higher and they are a game or two behind those guys with Zion supposedly coming back this month. If he stays healthy they will improve quite a bit.

Paul is a better PG than Westbrook...just has had the issue of staying healthy. They haven't had a nice full starting lineup and shooters like Paul, Gallinari and Shai, though of course Paul George is WAY better than any of those guys, so last year it's probably fairly close with George at full strength, but Paul with those guys just gives them way more options. And going three guards with Schroder, Gallinari and Adams is a tough lineup. Shroder not good as a PG without other solid players, but more as a 3rd or 4th option, he's a good one to have.
