Scorer DNA. Not the type who opts to lob it to a rookie on a 2v1 fastbreak

I can't believe Brandon Ingram took the weakest element of his game (his shooting) and became elite at it (40%+ three, 86%+ free throws). You can tell this guy actually works on his game with a passionate fervor.

To be honest, I think Wooten is even less talented than Jordan Bell. Let's put together a Zhaire Smith dunks package from the G-League and maybe we can get the Knicks to give us Kevin Knox. I know Brett/Elton were high on him.

It’s crazy Miami lost and Toronto lost. Too bad embiid gonna to be out a while. Sixers probably could have been eyeing the 2 slot while player crappy the last 15 games.

I see sixers going 10-10 if embiid out next 6 weeks.

Andre Drummond is the best defensive big in the NBA and got worked by Jah. I wonder if Okafor gets more than the vet minimum this summer.

Drummond seems to struggle against big bodies. Probably due to not being used to not out huging everyone

Easily. The only big that can defend every position on the floor as well or better than Drummond is Nerlens Noel. And he's about 60 pounds lighter than him.

Drummond is literally the perfect defensive specimen at the C position.

- 6'10" 280 with a 7'6" wingspan
- career 33.1 defensive rebounding percentage
- career 2.2 steal percentage
- career 4.2 block percectage

Phenom. The only thing holding him back from being the GOAT defensive C is a meek personality and questionable passion for the game. And he's still a phenom. If he had Ben Wallace' intensity, he'd be a hall of famer.

Is Ja Morant already a star? And how good does Zion have to play to not be permanently relegated to 2nd best in his draft class?

Question. Does posting up affect your 3pt shooting accuracy?

This could explain the inconsistency of our guys in making uncontested 3s.

One factor is the strength required in posting ups which could affect the muscle. I mean, most shooters aren’t muscular and most muscular guys arent shooters. For instance, Tobi has been shooting 40% on 3s but it dipped this season after doing more damage at the post.

2nd the quality of uncontested 3s are different.

That length is ideal for today’s C. Low to the ground to have the footspeed to deal with guards, strong base for post offense, wingspan for deflections then most importantly the spiderman instincts.

He is not the best defensive center, not even Pistons fans think that.

He could be one of the best with his body but his basketball IQ and mentality are not there.
