Better stretch of play- 2012-2017 CP3 vs 88-93 Michael Jordan

Post#1 » by Showstopper21 » Wed Jan 15, 2020 3:29 am

The Bulls didn’t have very impressive ortg or srs results the first 3 years of this and Paul arguably does as good or better with a guy like Pippen and the triangle offense and Phil.

The 1992 Bulls didn't have an impressive SRS?

CP3 has Hall of Fame worthy PG stats, but has lack of size and his conservative style a play puts a ceiling on having him as a first option on a championship team.

MJ is better.

Interesting how none of the established posters who actually support Chris Paul among the top 20 has him anywhere close to Jordan and it's always the new posters who have never posted anything in support of polarizing players like him that make these outlandish comparison threads to generate outrage.

My first thought was "What?!"

But I'm kinda interested in the argument for CP3

Chris Paul’s a top 10 player all-time, but he doesn’t measure up to peak Jordan.

You don’t know how i feel about either player, so quit attacking my integrity with your backseat moderating. If you don’t have anything meaningful to add, then step out.

Both are well over Kawhi, on any case.
This place is a cesspool of mindless ineptitude, mental decrepitude, and intellectual lassitude. I refuse to be sucked any deeper into this whirlpool of groupthink sewage. My opinions have been expressed. I'm going to go take a shower.

I wanna hear the reasoning behind the 4 chris paul votes.

No pressure, but still... I'm curious.

Thanks. I needed the chuckle this morning.

I actually find these threads useful because the voting reflects the blind bias on this board.

The three most disliked players here are Jordan, Kobe and Durant. Hmmmmmm.

Probably the 4 off-spring of Showstopper.
