Lillard was hitting his threes...amazing game by him, no doubt. Glad I was there to witness it up close. But my biggest take away?

Last year at this time the arena was FLOODED with gold and royal blue GS fans during these matchups. Now that their team stinks those fans are NOWHERE to be found. There is some real, real truth to GS fans being perhaps the biggest bandwagon fans of all time.

Nobody's fans travel when the team stinks. Unless, you are talking about bandwagon fans that live here in Portland. There still here but their on a new bandwagon.

The hottest teams in the league attract the bandwagoners that is just how it goes, if the Warriors look like a top team in a year or two those supposed fans will be back.

The only real fans in the league are those that stick with one team for 10+ years or more straight. It doesn't mean you have to watch every game or suffer through the hard times game in game out but you can't bandwagon on another team cause your team isn't good.

If the Blazers were a top 3 team in the NBA we would see some of those bandwagoners here.

This was a true individual victory. Damian had a great performance, but the bigger picture is that it required a record-setting performance from Lillard to barely beat this G-League team in OT, at home. If Damian only has an average game we lose to the Warriors once again.

A blazers team with 4 starters missing and maybe more important 2-3 deep on the bench and those 3 guys either aren’t phenomenal or are streaky.

Could you imagine cj winning a game on his back in this fashion? Me neither..

I kept thinking we were going to lose despite another valiant Dame effort.

That 3 to force overtime was just magnificent. Such a difficult shot to give his team a shot at winning, which they went on and did. Not saying it was as amazing as his series clinching 3's but damn if it wasn't close. Chants of MVP while he was hitting his last 2 free throws really sums it up. That boi is magic.

Respect for Dame for keeping focused when a lot of guys would have folded up the tent. He's a hell of a competitor.

Damian Lillard is a bad man. That is all.
