In disbelief. So sad. He seemed at peace and thriving post-career unlike so many others. He was someone who clearly had so much more to give outside of the basketball world. Can't even imagine what his family must be going through. RIP Kobe.

NBA TV is showing a pre-recorded Magic Johnson highlight show instead of the live NBA Pre-Game show.....clearly regrouping and figuring out what to do.

im feeling his daughters right now cause i lost my dad suddenly too. and just as he was getting his love for the game back by seeing it through his daughters eyes. coming to games with her, coaching her team, mentoring her.
was a huge part of my life growing up. i cant believe i feel like this for a man i didnt know personally. its a sad day.

Yeah they interrupted the pro bowl w/ a special ABC report.

Rockets are supposed to play at 3:30. I know Westbrook was huge Kobe fan growing up as he’s from LA - probably a lot of other players in that game too - not sure they’ll be able to play that game. Guess we’ll see what happens.
