It's been an emotional day for the entire league and its likely we'll see one of the 24,8 memorials
to Kobe at the start of the game. Kobe had a lot of great games in Portland and all those beat LA
chants stemmed from Kobe's Lakers, especially after that 1999 team broke Portland's hearts in game
7 of the WCF.

Wow, Biggie just made a play Whiteside couldn't do. Biggie was rolling to the basket, reached back to catch a bad pass in stride, then finished with a layup.

The difference I notice is Ariza's job is to defend and space the floor. Bazemore's job was to defend, space the floor, and be a secondary playmaker. Bazemore wasn't a good fit as a secondary playmaker. Ariza doesn't have any playmaking responsibility.
