If we could still bring in a good experienced GM like Presti or someone that knows the ins and outs of the day-to-day that would be key.

Phil may have been bad no matter what, but having Mills basically doomed him.

We need someone that knows what they are doing. Steal someone from a good front office to work under Rose.
