If he was trying everything he would have waited until the offseason to get a reputable executive like Sam Presti. This is another Hacky attempt at hiring his friends to powerful positions.

I think ppl are panicking too much Leon rose with his long client list is better with 78mil cap then Steve Mills and Perry. I think are sticking to FA route because teams are not giving them fair trades.

I don't want to bash the guy but it doesn't feel right at all. Being an agent and negociating numbers is one thing, running a basketball team is a whole nother story.

This seems like another buddy-buddy hire, just to look cool. Fizdale type hire to my eye. I don't know, we'll see.

Dumping 1 year guys like Morris, Taj, Payton, Bullock seems like easy deals to pull off. I think any poster on this forum could make those trades.

I'm hoping Dolan gave Allan Houston the keys to execute these deals. There is some value to be made. It'd be a shame to let Morris rot here for the rest of the season, just because you don't have a GM.
