You will have to go down to 25 since the N/A move is done only after the rosters are set. Same as last year.

well wont final standings for the playoff teams be better ? (just an idea)

also last year the draft started 2 weeks l8er anyway we can wait at least 1 week?(a lot of the good prospect lists arent even out yet

Yeah, I guess we can take a few days. How about next Monday 2/17 for the start of the draft? We can then have till 2/16 for roster cuts/pre-draft trades etc.
