i mostly eat plant based nowadays so it's nothing all that exciting. i got some ice cream in there.

I've got some vegetarian jerky to break up the monotony of dried beans/rice/pasta/noodles. Also some flour to combine with legumes/lentils to make veggie patties or falafels. Dried laver seaweed and various dried mushrooms, along with some dried TVP. And one of those big five pound bags of dried yuba that can keep forever.
Lots of spices and seasonings for variety (cajun, curry, soy sauce, sazon, adobo, bbq, mushroom powder, tomato pasta sauce, cheeses to make cheese pasta sauces, etc.). It's all about the seasoning variety to dress up the same rehydrated dried foods to taste differently.
