Edit: I suspect growth rates will taper off in mos countries once the public gets better at things like not touching their face, regimented cleaning, social distancing, etc. Western nations just aren't accustomed to that yet.
which means universal control only helps a little. it ultimately relies on the individual to self police and i'm afraid there are many many really stupid people walking around feeling invincible. the highest death count in manhattan has been in the age group 20 > 40
amended...that's not a death rate count, that's testing positive
