On the whole we absolutely will. The Government will as well...just like we learned after 9-11.

I’m not trying to be a jerk, but what exactly did this country learn from 9/11? I could go on a rant about the awful things that came out of it like rampant racism and xenophobia.

We created the Department of Homeland Security. A ton of time, money, and effort is put into fighting terrorism. That has helped a great deal. I expect something similar to that to happen here. We will be more prepared for the next event like this.

This is exactly what's happening here. I had to drive 800 miles round trip over the last 2 days. People were out everywhere doing exactly this

We need to stop this narrative that this bug only impacts the elderly . Young people can get it and get real sick with it. We need to stop saying it only impacts older or those with pre existing conditions because that's not always true and is giving false sense of security to the young people who in turn are not practicing social distancing

Stats in Italy contradict your statement. Nobody is saying the hospitalized cases for younger people are zero but their risks are dramatically lower.

Yep...this country will learn so much from this,

No it won’t. The death toll would have to be in the millions for people to learn.

If sharing science, facts, timelines, and tweets about the coronavirus and how it's being handled makes you feel America is being "bashed"..

Perhaps question the reasons why your brain came to that conclusion. Outside of run of the mill insecurity, obviously.

At a time like this, Amazon has become a more or less essential service. Lockdown doesn't mean what it sounds like it means.
