The fact that they can get away with acting brutally and killing the same people they are sworn to protect means the entire system is completely broken. A cop can kill a person with 99% certainty by arguing there's a 0.01% chance that they die. It's a sign that the entire system is out of alignment with its values.

Pizza men deserve more respect than cops. More pizza men die than cops.
