Most elite guards, really.

Now, if we were talking about Bigs... that would be more interesting. In that case Dirk is probably #1, unless we're counting Durant with his 6'10''/11'' slim arse as a Big.

Bob McAdoo would have a word or two here ;)

This guy called Stephen Curry wasn't bad ;)

Most star guard from 1970s were elite off the dribble.

I would disagree with quite a number of the names on the OP's list at least in the context of the NBA.

Compared to the names OP listed, I'd add

Lebron
KD
Kawhi
PG13
Kyrie Irving

and probably quite a few more

I’m torn on Lebron; he usually collects his dribble in a less fluid manner compared to other elite off the dribble shooters. With that being said, he obviously CAN shoot off the dribble quite well when he has it going but it doesn’t seem to be something he turns too very often.

I don’t think Melo was mentioned in this thread yet, nor was Paul Pierce. Both were absolutely elite off the dribble.

Jeff Hornacek was a brilliantly crafty/creative shot-maker off the dribble. Undersized and not particularly athletic, he was still able to weaponize his quick-release and touch to convert on runners, floaters, fades, leaners, off-balance, whatever

Big reason I'm so excited about Tyler Herro is that I see a lot of Hornacek in Herro regarding this kind of shot-making ability
