In my opinion what people have to understand is that racism in America has to be addressed and exterminated by progressive white people. Racism is not a black issue. It’s a fundamental ideology that white people have benefited from for 400 years. Until progressive white people are willing to put it all on the line and tell their own their willing to fight and die for the good fight nothing will change. Does your privilege whether you see it or not (cause it’s there) outweigh the push for human rights is universal question that need to be addressed?

That’s a Misdemeanor that carries a max one-year prison sentence. She could take a conditional discharge if it’s her first offense bu that will require her to do “community service.”
