It was so great to hear from him again, I watched the entire thing. I really really really hope this Orlando thing works out for us and for Giannis.

I love this kid.

When can Giannis sign the Supermax? Did the date change with the season dates changing? Does the amount change with revenue probably dropping? I can’t remember.

Takeaways from the thread:

- Ayt really hated the Giannis pick!
- Somebody brought up trading him for JR Smith
- Tons of comparisons to Wiggins and how Wiggins would have dominated in Greece

Just did an AirBnb virtual experience where we toured around Athens. I feel like I’ve known Giannis since he was a kid now. It was $7.

That first video DX put up that had him weaving through traffic the length of the court and throwing hook passes off the dribble, I was sold.

Same. I think we both put as much info as we could find on him in the predraft threads clamoring for him to be the pick

Wow, I completely missed that Giannis’s Athens mural was defaced with Nazi symbols on the year anniversary of his winning MVP. Did any non Greeks know this?

Imagine looking at a guy like Giannis and still coming to the conclusion that your genes are "superior".

Lol.

I live here and I don't know where this graffity is. It does look like a small one painted on a 4x4 ft box used by telephone/internet companies (you can find these all over Athens). At that size even one person with a permanent marker can damage it.

A buddy of mine went to a dealer to buy a signed Giannis jersey. He said the dude had hundreds of them. He asked him why Giannis would take the time to sign all of those jerseys, given that he is rich. He said Giannis LOVES making money. That being said, given what we could pay him vs everyone else, I would think it would be pretty tough to see him leaving MKE with the structure of the SuperMax.
