He looks in great shape. But its not a question only of weight. People are not so fast and strong on their 35 years old in comparison when they are 25. Today, Melo is much better as a PF.

Wood is best (heh) if he gets minutes at C (could back up Mitch)

Randle is best getting 15 mpg at C. Or more. It's his best position, but again, not too many minutes because Mitch.

Melo, as stated, is really a PF now.
