How does any of this prove anything that he said wasn't true. It's an article on a strip joint, not LW.

Did OP just figure out strip joints aren't following social distancing rules?

If him going to a strip club isn't an indictment of the organization not knowing how to win, I don't know what is!

People are starved for something dramatic to talk about

according to the article she was 6 feet apart getting a dance. As much as I would like clips to lose. I think a slap on the wrist for this is enough.

I would think NBA and NBPA would have come to agreement on what kind of punishments are appropriate for these kind of violations

Did he lie to the NBA? We don't know the results of the investigation. I am dead certain the NBA wouldn't release to the media that Lou told them he got a socially distanced lap dance

I mean he'll get tested if he fails he won't play. Not a big deal.

He can do whatever he wants, his life - his actions but there need to be consequences i.e. the season is over for him. At least I hope so! What a moron!!!! (sorry couldn't resist  )

What a selfish person. Not only did he put every player's safety and the bubble at risk to visit a strip club, but he's also lied about it at every turn. It's unacceptable behavior. Actions have consequences. He should absolutely be banned from the bubble.

Yeah he let his team down.

Hence a strong team leader would have mitigated this issue. Kawhi and George I don't see as vocal leaders... Beverly would have been the one.

This should happen but unfortunately he is too good, would taint the outcome of the playoffs. I agree with you though, could have blown up the whole bubble.

I will never understand what's the point of going to strip clubs.
I might have been in one three times in my life and I always found it super boring.

I skimmed through it but I thought the chick said that she gave him a lapdance when he was there

Banning him from the bubble seems harsh, but when you really think about what he did... it's just ridiculously selfish

She did say that. But I thought everyone knew that's what happened at the nudy bar. I mean... you had to know he wasn't there for just food.

Lou should just admit that he made a mistake and accept the consequences of violating the rules. The NBA should take this matter seriously.

Stripper at the club says she was one of several dancers to perform for him.

Edit: never mind I see that you already read that and don't care or something.

This is exactly the time to penalize the players.

This idiot put the whole operation at risk to go to a **** strip club. This one will have public support for the most part.

This story is funny because it's bringing back memories of all the times I went to strip clubs directly after leaving my grandparents funerals.
