Pacers on a 17-0 run with Horford replacing Embiid off the bench. Sixers will find a way to stay at 6th even with Sabonis out and Brogdon hobbled.

TJ Warren with 29 at half, Sixers still look bad. For all the surprises of the restart, that is not one.

I was at the game in Boston when he started. Jaylen and Tatum's eyes lit up seeing him defending them. Walking turnstyle on defense.

Excused absence for Butler today. They play Raptors tomorrow then Celtics on 2nd night of B2B and 3rd-game-in-4-nights on Tuesday. Cs current lead on them is 1.5 games.

If we beat the Heat & the Nets on Tues & Wed, while the Heat lose 2 out of 3 to the Raps on Mon, us on Tues & then the Bucks on Thurs - the 3 seed is basically wrapped. Our final 4 games = the Raps, but then the Magic, Grizz & Wiz - while the Heat have the Pacers twice, OKC & the Suns.

Pacers are preferable to the Embiiders as the 6 seed & therefore our first round opponent.
Pacers have the ad right now because they beat the Sixers the other day.

Meh. The Sixers don't worry me, and neither do the Pacers. Barring a miracle, we are the 3 seed facing one of those two teams.

The Heat, Raptors and Bucks worry me quite a bit, but that isn't until later in the playoffs. The Heat, in particular, are underrated.

Blazers win seriously went a long way into getting us the 3 seed.

Good loss by the Heat today to the Raps.

Losses
3 - Celtics 22
4 - Heat 25
5 - Pacers 26
6 - Sixers - 27

After we beat the Heat tomorrow (hopefully & we **** should), we will have a 4 game cushion in the L column with 5 games left for each team.

Any of the Heat, Pacers or Sixers could be our opponent in Round 1.

In any case, one step at a time - beat those mofos tomorrow, demoralize them!

For us to end up with a 1st round matchup vs the Pacers, we're basically asking Sixers to go 4-2 and Indy to go 2-4? (assuming we stay at 3rd)

I'm not liking the way this is playing out at all. PHI/TOR/MIL is the worst possible path to the finals for us, imo - other than MIL 2nd round. I would much rather play any other team in the East playoffs over all 3 of them. We're definitely earning #18.
