Booker's shot is liquid - his passing and defense have improved a lot. IMO he's the clear-cut #2 SG after Harden at this point.

Mikal looking like the guy they expected. Ayton looking like the tragic/dynasty mistake he was over Luka. He fills the stat-sheet but his defense and body language are irritating. 0 blocks at his size... I don't get how it's possible. But he is 21. Atleast he can get 20-10 on a bad night.

But these are the Suns I saw in the beginning of the season. They are a fun team. I think this squad would've won several championships if they drafted Luka.

Please tell me you all saw that last between the legs pass out of the PnR from Luka???
KC: Do you still think you're a championship-caliber team?
Gar: I never said that and correct me if I'm wrong.
KC: You were asked that question at the news conference announcing Thibodeau's dismissal and you answered yes

TJ Warren has toned up. He’s looks leaner and more explosive.

Nugs and Pacers are going to be tough outs.

Oh I saw it. Giannis was guarding him when he did it too.

Seeing Luka as a multiple MVP caliber player easily. Makes me mad that the Bulls didn’t tank hard enough for a chance to draft this guy.

Man Tj Warren is playing like an MVP candidate. This guy has been unstoppable.

Luka is good. Dallas did an excellent job putting him in the right position for success. That was a very good draft class.

It’s kind of impressive how IND has this streak of getting average or mid-draft players, watching them develop into all-stars, and then they get injured? It seems like one replaces another each season. Right as TJ emerges and Oladipo kind of rounds back into B-form, Sabonis ends his season?

Don't trust any of these numbers happening in the bubble - the environment for a shooter is totally different from a normal game in a full stadium.

Crazy part is that probably wasn't the best pass he had tonight. He had an incredible one from the paint surrounded by defenders he whipped out to the top of the key (3 pt line) without even looking. Kid is incredible.

you would be even more upset if we did tank harder but ultimately passed on him.

Yeah not getting him I dont worry about because we couldnt get him anyway. But to be up there and pass on him feels 100 times worse.

I know PHX, SAC and even ATL might say publically they are happy with their guy, their real feelings inside are like DAMMIT! lol

I have the eerie feeling we would have done what Sacramento did and got Bagley or JJJ. Which was what was reported.

Maybe Sacramento and Phoenix. But if I was Atlanta I would be pretty damn happy with Trae Young.

They can save face... but still, does anybody trade Luka for Trae and Cam?

Of course not.

Hawks still probably had the 2nd best draft that year though. Which is a huge success.

It's a little different for the Hawks because they directly traded away the best draft for the second best draft, but in the end, I think your attitude is right. You have to focus on the fact that you still had a good draft. If they traded away Luka for Bamba or Carter or someone else, they would feel a whole lot differently.
