blazers will have to play hard and give everything they got to win this game

hopefully dame, cj mccollum, carmelo, nurk and trent jr make most of their shots, while doncic and porzingis dont

also, lets play some defense, thats not a bad idea

Very interesting. This lead me to do some research and was shocked to find out that neither World B Free nor Isiah Thomas ever had a 50 point game

Neither Doncic nor Zinger played yesterday so I doubt they play today either.

The game is nationally televised on TNT. I'm certain that the league told Dallas Doncic and Porzingas were playing.

probably....how much they play is another matter

on the other hand, after beating Utah, the Mavs have a legit shot of being 6th seed and drawing Denver instead of LAC in the playoffs. Dallas is 2-1 against Denver and 0-3 against LAC

if mavs were after 6th seed, they wouldnt rest doncic and porzingis against jazz

something tells me they gonna play their usual minutes tonight and then rest against the suns

i dont want do depend on grizzlies and hope they lose their remaining two games, lets win against mavs and nets and get that 8th seed, as i doubt grizzlies will win both of their games...

I may mess this up but winning percentage possibilities:

.479 - Memphis wins both remaining games
.474 - Portland wins both remaining games
.466 - Memphis splits remaining games (Memphis wins tiebreaker with Phoenix)
.466 - Phoenix wins today (Philly) and beats Dallas Thursday
.465 - San Antonio beats Utah Thursday
.459 - Portland splits remaining games
.458 - Phoenix splits remaining games
.450 - Spurs lose Thursday

pretty clear that the Blazers need to win both games. Too many possibilities of Portland ending up 10th seed if they lose one. Suns up 6 right now; Grizz down 15

Suns are scary with all their winning. I don't think the 76ers are going to be able to make a comeback.

Nurkic had a nice move in the post to get his defender way out of position and then missed the easy layup.

A pretty cold first quarter for the Blazers.

I keep saying it, but the Mavs and Denver are set to solidly eclipse us sooner than later. This idea that we are a 3/D SF away from competing against the big LA teams is nonsense.

Watching a 20 year old Luka and 25 year old KP is going to get old in the future. Those guys are such solid talents. And they have cap space summer 2021. Ugh.

Everyone knows KP is a better talent than Zach, but I was hoping Zach had a bit of that in him. KP has more highlight plays in the first 8 minutes of this game than Collins has his entire career lol

Portland playing some aggressive defense to end the quarter and getting a few steals. If the refs let them do that more they'd look like a really good team.

Carmelo with several high energy good defensive plays.
