He went from middling 3-star prospect to high 4-star prospect all while games weren't being played. Looks like a tall shooter with solid skills. Good luck to him there...Maryland is good.

Expected, though I had a glimmer of hope after he pushed back his initial decision date. Badgers probably looking for a swingman, right Kerb?

Haha...

When he was down to his final 4 teams, he mentioned "Madison" as one of the final 4. I know that thousands of people call the university that, but you could tell he probably wasn't going to pick our guy (Gard) when referring to it as "Madison" in that formal way.

Yeah, thought maybe they were making a final push when he pushed the date back. He probably was just delaying because his Tipton Edit video wasn't ready to announce his commitment.

How many times has Gregg Marshall’s name come up for head coach of the Badgers through the years.....

In the many years of Gard debate, he was one of the like 3 coaches on the list of, "this is actually a somewhat realistic possibility and I'd take him over Gard" and it looks like we dodged a bullet there.

I mean Bo Ryan did kinda exist in a similar way to Marshall, the difference was he was probably just a smarmy **** off the court and while he yelled a lot, he never went on Fran/Marshall tantrums. I'm sure he was also a dick to his players but as far as I know never went as far as legitimate harassment/abuse of players or others. Marshall has legitimate problems, it seems. Not just an **** but a sociopath.

Seems like it's going to be a conference-only season.

Yup. It only went for half an hour. I thought both Davises really popped. Wohl sat out. Far crisper than last year. Potter looked terrific. Pretty inconclusive in terms of Crowl and Carlson.

I guess the actual scrimmage happened earlier in the day and the 30 minute semi-scrimmage/instructional was what was on the stream...Reuvers had 24 points in the actual scrimmage, per Twitter.

Why they didn't broadcast the whole taped scrimmage earlier is beyond me. If I remember correctly Johnny had 10.

My favorite tee is EIU and I haven't been able to find it in the pandemic. That's why they're getting their asses kicked.

Early Ben Carlson returns looking positive. Obviously it's just EIU, but a Frosh playing confidently and looking good in his first game is always a good thing.

It shouldn’t, but the bright “red” shoes a few of the players are wearing bothers me. UA has the formula... they can’t get these guys the right red?

Ok, back to yelling at clouds.
