Just sell the pick, stash the cash for a rainy day, suck out loud this season, and get ready for a real draft next year.

So if Wolves take Edwards like they should then that should leave Beasley available for us to where they won't match. Draft Hayes and have a decent young backcourt with Kennard as a sixth man

Wolves need D since KAT, Beasley & DLo don't play D much so they take Wiseman

Warriors then pick Edwards and trade him for a win-now guy into the Iggy TPE

Hornets take Ball

Bulls take Hayes

Cavs take Deni

Hawks take Okongwu

Pistons take Okoro

I hope

The optimist wants to say that since there's no in-person workouts and a smaller sample size of games that there's more opportunity for a player to slide than normal.

The pessimist in me says that this draft is weak and it doesn't matter if s**t rolls downhill or not :)

I see a lot of 'Hayes'. He's unlikely to be there at 7. I'd be fine with Okoro or Haliburton.

If this team didn’t have bad luck they would have no luck whatsoever. Woof.

Who is most likely too take him though? Bulls maybe but I think they would rather have a 3 or a 5 since Carter Jr hasn't worked out.

Could be lots of movement but there might not be many star level players available. I'm sure Minny and GS will definitely test the waters on Beal but other then that IDK who is out there.

If it's another guard they decide to go with I would take Hali for them to help with Traes awful defense.

Yeah I could see that too but i believe they have an awful bench maybe they'd use Hayes as spark off the bench. IDK I want Hayes too.

I actually think both the #1 and #2 picks will be up for grabs. Not that I really want to give up future assets but both of those teams want to win sooner than later and there really isn't a sure fire all-star in this draft.

That said, just our luck we yet again don't have a top 6 draft pick since Grant Hill in 1994. Just insane to think that we've gone that long without one.

Also, Haliburton is probably #6 on my board and I'd be good with him. He doesn't have star potential but he could very easily have a Lindsay Hunter type career of being a below average starter or a really good backup in the league for 10+ years. It just feels like he is a for sure solid rotation player in the league and has no chance of being a bust like Rodney White, Cleaves, or Stanley Johnson.

Toppin also had a big year and could be picked ahead of us as well

I like Cole Anthony. I think he’d work well learning from Rose.

I think the Pistons will stay put at 7 and pick one of Okoro, Haliburton, or Okongwu. I think probably two of those guys will be available at 7.
