Another thing to note is this makes signing Giannis (or another All Star PF) a must next summer. If KP will have knee soreness from time to time and sit in stretches, you're going to need another all star who can help out. Or your whole season is out the window.

Heck, get Joel Embiid have have him and KP play 40 games each and load manage off each other.

You hate to see it. I love Porzingis, but if the health is this questionable, we might need to pursue other options this summer. Reliability in the playoffs has to be a priority

No way of knowing. At least you can tell Embiid cares about winning. It was obvious Nerlens just wanted to get paid. Doesn’t matter though. KP isn’t going anywhere and that’s fine. They really gotta figure out how to manage this knee better though, I have a sinking feeling inside that this could be an every postseason type thing

We actually for once 100% agree. Beal is an iso scorer primarily and a bad defender, KP is a defensive game changer with unicorn offense. Not even close enough to consider this let alone giving up a pick.
