Rooting for Goodie Mob but I don't think it ends well for him.

I hope DC actually retires because he's great on the mic and I don't like watching legends lose. He doesn't need to fight anymore.
But something tells me he'll get lured back in eventually.

Opinions on buying refurbished products? I’ve been told as long as it’s certified by the company, it’s most likely better than buying something new at a discounted price. Anyone have experience with refurbished products?

It's the only way I've bought both my Macbooks. I can't stomach the sticker price of a new one, so I've gone refurbished both times directly from Apple. One was perfectly fine with no issues and the second had a hard drive issue within the 12 month warranty and they replaced it with another new one (no charge) and has been fine ever since.

I've gotten some refurbished camera gear. I think the general rule is to make sure it was refurbished by a reputable business and you'll mostly be good to go.tski1972 wrote:Opinions on buying refurbished products? The open rebellion that went on for all four hours of Le Batard content today was performance art at its finest. Inventing a right wing sports-only radio guy in interviews to interview was incredible. People seem to think it was Adam McKay but I think Michael Schur is more likely. Just *chefs kiss* all around.

Refurbished Apple is definitely a good deal.

My wife and I had our 20-week ultrasound yesterday and found out our first child looks healthy so far and is a baby girl.

Re: OT: General OT Thread [NO POLITICS OR RELIGION]
Hi, gang. Something has been really bothering me today, and I thought this might be a good place to get it off my chest. At random, I had Young MC's 1989 smash hit "Bust a Move" pop into my head. This led me to thinking about the music video for said song. The image that might immediately come to mind for many of you is the young lady in hot pants with a stop sign on each butt cheek. Or perhaps Red Hot Chili Peppers' bassist Flea, slapping away at his instrument while wearing some outlandish pants made of stuffed animals.
I however, would like to focus on the wedding scene. This scene is meant to be an interpretation of the 3rd verse of the song. In it we see the Best Man, who represents us, the listener. The Best Man begins to blink, which the Bride interprets as a flirtatious wink and responds in kind. Before the ceremony can conclude, the Best Man and the Bride run off together, leaving the Groom at the altar in dismay.
The problem is that according to the song's lyrics, it is the BRIDESMAID that is keen on our advances, not the Bride! It is HER we ultimately leave the reception with after she states she would like to, "dance to a different groove"!
How did the video's director make such an egregious error?! Did he become confused by the line of the song which states that the Bride is one more girl we "won't be getting"? Was he taking creative license and putting a more daring spin on this scenario? Or was it simply a decision made due to budget constraints (Delicious Vinyl being a small label at the time) that prohibited the casting of both a Bride and a Bridesmaid? Perhaps our Hollywood Insider, Supreme, can fill us in on how limited funding has affected some of his works.
Anywho, I just needed to vent about that. Thanks for taking the time.

After hours of research (45 seconds or so) I've come to the conclusion that the director took creative license from his own life (having been cheated on) and decided to make our character an even bigger hero, saving our best friend from having to go through a divorce once she cheated on him.

Let's be honest. You would've spent those 2 minutes looking at Japanese tentacle porn instead.

I don't know what this is, but I'm going to spend the next 2 minutes of my life finding out.
Edit: Ew.

So then I told that fugazi, "Travis, if I want to eat a whole goddamn sleeve of Oreos there's nothing you can do about it."
