Glad they did the video because I couldn't tell a difference at first. Now I like the new one better.

I wonder if the new court was what the "more to come" countdown on the website that had me thinking there would be more jerseys was really referring to?

It was referring to the court.

They will still have the purple CHA jersey this season and there should be a city jersey announced at some point from what I read earlier.

Really looks like we are de-emphasizing purple, and just going forward with teal as the main, and then just small purple accents. Look at the old court vs. new court. Unis also are very teal.

I myself liked the interplay between the teal and purple, I thought that is what made it pop. Oh well, I'm not MJ.

The only “redesign” I was hoping to hear about this year was eliminating the CHA. I hope the purple is CLT and not CHA.....but I sincerely doubt its up for debate, unfortunately.

The Hornet in the middle of the new court redesign reminds me of the original mid-court logo from opening night 1988, except reversed (Hornet is pointed up instead of down, the H is small on its chest instead of large in the background, and of course it's missing the C)

Maybe they used this time to fix the court lighting, ours sucked and is by far the worst in the NBA when it comes to TV broadcast court lighting

Those mint and gold jerseys are nice. OO would sure look great next to Pj in those no doubt.

Ok I'm dumb. I just got that these unis are mint green. I was so focused on their narrative of the US Mint. They are growing on me.

I'm down - agreed that they really aren't all that different, but it's definitely a unique color combo and I might pick one up.

I hated it at first glance because the color scheme kinda reminded me of New Orleans Hornets, but it grew on me especially when I learned about the history behind this City Edition jersey.

Those uniforms look great. I'd just like them to be a little darker, little too baby blue for my taste.
