I don't think it's enough just to attack Trump. The Trump hate factor is already in the bag. We hate him! But Biden isn't talking about what he'll do. I don't think you can win an election like this with that strategy.

I just listened to Seder and Jaime Peck discuss it. It has to do with some kind of Facebook adversing maneuver. I didn't quite understand it but, bottom line, it's meaningless. Dan Bongino?

The fact Trump has a chance higher than 0 makes me want to leave the country when we're no longer banned from the rest of the world.

Biden speaks up daily whether it is on your radar or not. Just because Trump gets most of the media coverage is not an indicator of public sentiment.
If anything, I think the concern is the media promotes fear mongering because it drives clicks. They will jump on any evidence that Trump is closing the gap because that causes a reaction among viewers and readers.
Biden is still going to let Trump set himself on fire to some degree leading up to the debates, but I don't see him being silent.

I'll be out of the U.S. by this time next year regardless of who wins. I've had enough of this malarkey.

I'll go hang out in Sweden for the second half of 2021 then choose a destination. After that, I'll probably do 2022 in either South/Central America or Southeast Asia. A lot will depend on how the world is functioning by then, but I'd be interested in Thailand, Bali and Vietnam or Panama on down the Western side into Colombia, Chile, Ecuador and Peru. Other countries of interest later are New Zealand, Portugal and Morrocco. I'll just improvise. I may globe hop until I settle on a place or I meet someone I want to live with.

In our last Canadian election there was the whole blackface scandal and a couple of other pretty big scandals, but the main opposition leader didn't do anything but attack Trudeau and avoided giving any half informative answers. The conservative party ended up blowing it entirely and the Liberals got back in. Anybody with half a brain could see it ending the way it did.

A lot of my friends who would be categorized as right leaning independents who are soft Biden voters are basically saying "that's all I wanted to hear from him"
I don't know how they missed it the first 10 times he's said it, but I'm glad Biden was unequivocal.
I think it's key to note that Biden never apologized for the Dem mayors either. Biden, by definition of responding, was on defense, but he used the speech to play offense as well.
There could be opportunity for him here.

GREAT SPEECH. Totally faces the moment and handles it.
My only two questions now are:
Will Wingo bother to actually watch it?
Will the nightly newscasts around the country show clips from it?

This will be his line of argument for the debates coming up. America will hear this one way or another.

Exactly one month before debates.
I still shake my head that people actually favor Trump in a debate with Biden. I'm chomping at the bit. I'm going to have my popcorn popped for that. I don't know how many ass holes an ass hole like Trump can manage to have, but I firmly believe Biden is going to tear him some new ones.
Mark my words: Trump's support among retired vets is going to keep going into decline. I've already shared how my nephew who is an active Green Beret said at the beginning of the Summer the majority of ranking leadership hates Trump and that among the rank and file the split was already 50/50 or worse against Trump. That means among regular soldiers half or more already were firmly anti-Trump at the start of the Summer. The Russian Bounty story is that devastating and it is going to be a pivotal moment in the debates.

Which is why Biden made sure to mention it today

THIS IS BIG NEWS
Barr tried to get Flynn off the hook AFTER Flynn had already been convicted
Judge Sullivan fought back and WON!
The Trump Treason Club is sweating bullets now
I guess this is an instance of The Law Fought the Law and the Law Won

We can't pretend guys like Bongino and Shaprio are speaking out to big portion of the American population. Their podcasts are growing as well.
They got a lot of pull imo.

I didn’t say that he wasn’t talking. It’s the subject matter that I have a problem with.
