I don't get your math. You have the Blazers finishing 5th ahead of Warriors and Jazz, but only winning 43 games. Warriors and Jazz are going to win 49-50 games. Mavs and Spurs will win 43 or more.

It's my math. You dont have to understand it.

I have the Blazers winning 53 games and a 4-seed vs. the 5th seeded Rockets.

and Dame continues to haunt Westbrick's nightmares.

I don't have any prizes lined up and if I did I would have to have some sort of tie breaker in case they win say 49 games and more than one person picked that for instance.

I just put this up as a bit of a contest you don't have to always have some prize attached at the end the pride of knowing you nailed the number is something.

Pride and Bragging rights are good enough for me Mono. For the record... I called 52 first.

Late to the party like usual but in a different thread before the season started I voted 46 wins.

Ignoring all context, pretty disappointing win total - especially when you factor in adding NBA hall of famer Carmelo Anthony to the starting lineup.

The Hassan Whiteside acquisition did not pan out as well as I expected. I was also expecting a lot from Collins, and Nurkic to be back by February. These are the factors that led to our underperformance. Fortunately, there is no reason to expect we will have to get along without Collins and Nurkic next season.

Things that worked better than expected are Melo and Trent. Simons was about as expected. Obviously, the better than expected developments did not compensate for the less than expected developments.

I will be projecting Blazers to win 50+ games again next year. We haven't had our offseason, so it's premature. I don't expect major changes. I am hoping we get a good player with our full MLE. This will be our big change, in addition to continued internal development.

A little early to start predicting wins, when we haven't made any draft selections or traded/signed anyone yet. I usually like predicting wins about 1-2 weeks before the season begins.
