With that being said, forget being a backup. Slide RJ to the 3 and Pair him with a Lavine or Beasley that can break the defense down and we’re set.

Four different coaches in four years. :noway:

Yes, to sliding RJ over to the 3.

Also I know this is Mitch highlight reel but look at the passes thrown by Frank. Don't let him get confidence in his shot and handles get better. He's going to be a problem. IMO he was our best pg last year.

Yeah, they got that ESP. Frank attacking the basket very nicely.

If Frank can continue to improve at attacking the basket and hitting the open jumper - and I see no reason why he can't - look out.

As an aside, while I absolutely still think the Knicks will bring in at least one point guard to be a part of the rotation before next season, I think I’ve also underestimated what they think of their current crop. Frank Ntilikina, I’m told, is currently penciled in as the starter, although that can - and if I had to guess probably will - change once they tinker with the roster. I’m also told that reports of Thibs’ continued belief in DSJ are absolutely legit. How much faith does he have, and how willing is he to put New York’s fate in someone who was quite awful last season? Your guess is as good as mine.

And this is why I'm rooting for that Conley deal. The deal is only for one yr, hes a smart player and would help in thier development moreso than Elfrid. Most other options are a replacement of Frank and Smith. Conley at least how I see it still gives you hope that we haven't given up on them.

He'll look nice with that improved jumpshot throwing lobs to KP on the Mavs

lol nah Frank will continue to torch the Mavs and piss off that Rasho poster and the knicks will continue to lose. Knicks will have a bottom 5 record but we will atleast have those two mavs games to look forward to next year.

That guy was a strength and conditioning coach.

The funny thing is the guy you see before pressing play on the above video is a Jazz trainer, and i'm surprised the Knicks haven't been petty with Frank working out with him for the past 2 off-seasons.

I dunno but Frank looks lean and mean in that clip. He’s working his cul off.

i'm 100% okay with Frank Ntilikina being our starting point guard, especially if we draft Devin Vassell. if Frank can hit the corner 3 and that mid-range consistently, Ntilikina/Vassell/Barrett as 1-3 is honestly a tantalizing fit with Robinson down low and a diverse scorer at the 4.

are we ironically in greater need of a power forward than we are a point guard?

He's still slow and walked with the ball twice.... LOL

JK.. but he needs to train with the top trainers over here and play against the best players.. that's how out of College, Donavon Mitchell, CJ, Trae, Tatum etc.. got better and better so fast, improve every year... they played against the Vets in the off season all season and train with the best.... yo Frank where that step back three at? Have you all ever seen frank shoot a step back three off the dribble in a game? Nope! But those guys above shoot it atleast 3 to 5 times a game. The step it self atleast 10 times a game. Frank is too comfortable, kid needs to be pushed around. Same zhit with DSJ he loves playing against amateurs in the off season, thats why he's the same player his 1st year in the league... LOL
