The Nuggets are now 5-0 in do or die games very impressing how they wont quit.

Good luck! That will be a sweet payout if they can pull it off.

I feel like game 6 is the hardest challenge in these 3-1 comebacks.

Dude probably chickened out and didn't really put $1600. If he did I want proof

You're correct, I never made the bet. Just said it on their forum prior to the game but was shocked the clipps actually lost the game.

I was pulling for the Nuggets in the west and the Raptors in the east. But I liked the Miami team too. Miami vs Denver would be nice. But I'm sure the NBA wants the Celtics vs Lakers (God help me if that happens again).

He's awesome. I liked him coming out of kentucky but I never imagined he'd be this good.

That block was unreal.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

I can't say I thought much of him coming out of college. I'm not too surprised after seeing how guys expand their game after leaving Kentucky in recent years though. I knew he had the athleticism and rim protection, I just don't remember him showing this much skill as a ball handler or playmaker in college. I'm assuming it's been developed with the Heat.

I would really like for Ayton to develop similarly to Bam. He's already a solid passer for a center, just work up to a decent handle and keep getting stronger and his face-up game from the mid-post could be unstoppable. I just don't know if he can bring the same energy or physicality on both ends.

Can't believe I'm saying this but I no longer want the Clips to win this game. I felt they had the best chance to give LAL a run for their money but not anymore.
Neither will beat the Lakers anyway so I hope Denver pulls this out.

Jokic/AD would be a fun matchup

I don't know, Denver seems on a mission. I'd love to see them win it all. Always really liked Millsap, but I love Jokic.

I wonder if a team has come back twice from down 3-1 in series? I know the Rockets did against us in 95, but not suer if they did against SA in the WCF...probably not.

I also know we did against the Lakers in 06...at least I think so....and had our backs against the wall against the Clippers.

That would be incredible.
I said before the restart that it wouldn't shock me if Denver or Utah won it all but I'm not sure I actually believed it was possible.
If Denver wins this game, I'll be their biggest fan until their run ends for better or worse.

I remember when they were down 3-1 against Utah someone said on the GB "It just shows how much better a coach Snyder is than Malone." I've never thought of Malone as a great coach, but what is funny is that when a coach wins a Championship, they suddenly vault into like the top 7 or 8 coaches from many perspectives. Usually higher because it's already someone really respected, like if Stevens wins, he will be thought of as top 3, though he probably already is. At this point, people may (or maybe should) rate Spoelstra and Stevens ahead of Pop...not overall maybe, but just right now.

But a lot of it comes down to talent. Stevens was awesome in college though...got a small school in Butler to the championship twice, which is tough for any team...tough to even get there once in a single elimination tournament..he's a genius. They came down to a last shot against Duke too that would have won the championship.

I think if Spo wins he will be thought of as the best coach by many, and maybe same with Stevens. Nurse is an awesome coach too.

Any thought into pursuing Leonard when he becomes a FA? :)

Anyone think Denver could beat LAL?
Outside of their big 2, the rest of the team is a crapshoot. I think Denver may actually have a chance against them.

Wow Nuggets come back from down 3-1 twice in a row! What a game from Jamal Murray. Scary that they're still very young.

Put the Clippers on the list of teams the Suns will pass up.

They gave up a lot for Paul George. They don't have many assets to improve the team.
