If Doc had a clue, this series would have been over after Game 5.

This is madness. I was so sure he’d be gone.

Went 6 games with the Mavs and blew a 3-1 lead to the Nuggets yet kept his job ?

This goes deeper than game 7.. Doc refuses to make adjustments. Game 5 and 6 was the series. He still trotted Trez out there on Jokic. Lou couldn't make a bucket. Might as well went to Reggie at that point. No JJ Redick plays ran for Shamet like we did last season. Pat Patterson glued to the bench. What in the hell did we sign Noah for? No adjustments, just favorites year in and year out. Hell we thought he was done after the 3-1 choke against Houston four years ago.

HE SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD A JOB YEARS AGO IN ANY NBA ROLE

WOWOOWOWOWOOWOW.

How the **** do we have 2 of the biggest collapses in the NBA since Heat Mavs and it results in both coaching keeping there jobs!?!?!?! HOW

Doc is legit one of the worst coaches in the NBA. Lost in the second round(could have easily lost in the 1st round with a healthy Luka+KP) with Kawhi/George/deepest team in the league and lost with CP3/Blake/Deandre/Reddick/Crawford in their primes. They'd be better off firing him and hiring a first time coach like Billups or Hammon like the Nets just did with Nash

The backlash would be too much in 2020, he is gone next year if they do not win it all.

I'm biased but I'll be damned if Noah wouldn't have done a better job on Jokic than Harrell did

Nate McMillan deserves another shot i think he is way better than Ty Lue who had Lebron. Also think if D'antoni was convinced not to go small he would be a great fit.

i mean you can just replace him with Sam Cassell, who the league raves about. Dont think its about optics; more likely that Doc is just well liked by the Clippers FO and even Kawhi, who said Doc was a big reason he chose the Clips.

This. What makes it even worse is that he admitted afterwards that "some players," which absolutely included Lou and Harrell, were in such poor shape that they had to ask out of the game. How can you possibly be trotting out these two guys in crucial playoff minutes when you know they're not in shape and that all the numbers say they're hurting you.

Dude all we needed from him was a few minutes of him boxing out and grabbing a few rebounds.. that's it!

A real super star would not give a 3-1 series even with out a coach. If you have 0 field goals in game 7 last quarter even in the absence of opponent's best player, you cannot mention the coach at the first step.

The Clippers with an average sensible coach like Vogel/McMillan/Thibs would be so much better than this

Clippers need to fire Doc Rivers and get rid of these three players: Montrezl Harrell, Lou Williams, and Patrick Beverley. As long as they have these guys they will never win a championship. Terrible coach and low character players that do not play winning basketball in the playoffs. They need guys that will shut their mouths and just play hard, disciplined basketball on both ends of the floor.. someone like Danny Green.

Loss a lot of respect for Kawhi overall.

1? I think it's the reverse. They need to establish a culture. You've got Harrell/Morris/Pat/Lou. I think you should only keep 1 of them.

IMO they should trade Pat and let Morris & Harrell expire.

Good move. You can't risk alienating Kawhi. Just dump Lemon Pepper and Harrell and bring in some glue guys. They'll be back.
