I don't know. It was such a great block I am not sure that kind of play is in the rulebook. Seriously incredible timing.

That said, the Heat played an almost perfect game with Dragic and Crowder playing out of their minds, and while Robinson couldn't play a lot due to foul trouble, that was a blessing in disguise for them as Herro was great.

It's really about the Celtics focusing on the game on both sides, and Brad adjusting rotations against a very good team, albeit beatable. They remind me of that 2008 team that went to 7 games against the Hawks, Cavs and then to 6 games against a very good Detroit team.

Celtics in 6.

lol near perfect game?

In one of the quarters, IIRC the first, we scored the least amounts of points in the playoffs. Aside from Dragic carrying the offense, nothing was really happening.

If you've even glimpsed at our games, dragic has been averaging 20+ ppg. Jae has been lights out the whole two series as well.

Huh? You're saying Tatum can play a lot better and I'm just mentioning that in the last 8 playoff games that's precisely what Tatum has been.

The poster before said tatum was on a hot streak and hit unreal shots. I said he’s shot bad but part of his game is hitting some unreal shots. I said he shot terribly in response to that poster saying he’s on a hot streak.

You come in and say he shot 42%....that’s terrible even if it was worse before. That’s not a hot streak at all, if anything u helped me make my point.

He was en fuego for most of the game but cooled down at the end.

Oh, I thought you were trying to say that Tatum played poorly and will play better. My bad.

He didn’t play poorly, but he’s fully capable of playing better than last night.

Sure, but that's the tough thing with young players. They don't have the consistency that you'd like and the Celtics are going to live and die by the youth right now.

I mean, it's one thing to miss some shots. It's another thing entirely to chuck a 30 foot fade-away 3 in a tie game at the buzzer. That's backyard basketball and it's not like that's a rarity with him. He'll learn, but it isn't going to be during this series.

Honestly this series doesnt even worry me as a heat fan. Boston doesnt deserve to be here. They got a ton of lucky calls against Toronto.

I'm already looking ahead to lakers in the finals. Bam vs AD. Butler vs Lebron

Top four in the East were all pretty interchangeable to me. Miami winning this series won't be a surprise. Boston either.

Either team will be a tough test for Denver.

For the record: Bam when he was guarded (no switch) by Theis: 2pts, 0/4 fg, 2/2 ft, 2a, 3 tov.

It's looking like Kemba did indeed reinjury that knee in the Raptors series.

He'll probably get his third (fourth?) major knee surgery on it in the off season.

With that happening the Celtics would need Hayward to come back to win the series. Which I put at about a 5% chance of happening. This series just came too fast and too soon for Hayward to recover from a grade 3 sprain.

It'd be a SHOCKING turnaround for him to be ready for the finals which is only 6 weeks after ripping apart the ligaments in his ankle.

It's interesting because this has been a very common theme among Heat opponents through the playoffs. The Pacers and Bucks both set season highs for iso possessions in their playoff games against the Heat. Seems to be a part of the design of the Heat's defense as it is anything else.
