I cashed out after the Bucks series.. All but a small amount that i intended to slow play over the course of the football season but lost it all on a late night blackjack romp (after i had been extremely disciplined about my blackjack til that point). They make it so easy, though.. Oh well. On to the stock market...

Miami play best zone defense I ever saw in NBA. This is also the best playoff performance by any coach I ever saw. Spolstra + zone = close endings. Close endings and Miami balls = Miami win.

Miami coaching + Miami defense + Miami balls = title contender honestly.

I will lose bet with my brother in love who said Miami will beat Boston. I was sure Boston will win. It hurts me because he is not even basketball fan but whatever. This Miami team gives me most pleasure in last few decades. Such a great coaching that makes me love basketball like never before. Great job Miami. Great job.

Yea I'll take Dragic all day on my team. Yet another "but he's not good at D" guy who gets the job done. And yet his team is still good at D.

For betting, my MIA to win the East ticket at 15ish-1 from Dec/Jan is looking juicy right now. Still alive on Denver for the West too.

Dragon has been great in the bubble, but its not like he was maintaining this level of play for the last 3 years.

Jayson Tatum and Kemba Walker going 1 on 1 with the game on the line were not great plays.

I hear this a lot, about how great Stevens is as a coach, from others on this board and elsewhere. Just for a little perspective, Stevens playoff record is 35-34, Bud's is 32-32. Head to head Bud is 8-4 vs. Stevens.

I'm not saying Stevens isn't a good coach. I just think he's overrated at times.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Goran was so damn good that season. That was the year Ryan McDonough tried to tank for wiggins and jabari but those two, the morris brothers, pj tucker, gerald green and plumlee went all Major League on his ass and won 48 games. Somehow still missed the playoffs. McD then signed IT pissing off their best player Dragic and set in motion a sequence of horrible moves including the Knight trade that have to rank right up there in the worst GM disasters ever. What a wild ass ride.

We need an offensive spark "but he's not good at D" guy off the bench.

True but he's out here playing FIBA ball in this weird ass bubble. All the space in the world and great coaching and he turns into national team Dragic.

In general people are saying the bubble is weird or flukey, but I think it's just the lack of travel is allowing teams to play their best ball and not be affected by junk like cross country flights and messed up time schedules. To me its the cream is rising to the top as everyone is on the exact same playing field in terms of scheduling and whatnot.

Again, I feel like Monte Morris and Plumlee are completely unplayable this series.
