Jimmy Butler
Kyle Lowry
Marcus Smart

I'm having trouble filling out the roster help me out.

Can't have an all-balls team without Draymond Green. And Paul.

Yeah Kawhi took a long ass time to decide. I think he was just waiting for the PG deal to go through and had no intention of signing with the Raptors.

Wish he told us from the beginning that we were out so we could pivot to another direction.

Lowry/Butler/OG/Siakam/Gasol is so nasty. The bench would need to be addressed depending on which combination of Powell/Fred/Serge are traded.

To me Jimmy Butler would have been the perfect fit on this team and would have probably made the Raptors a legit championship threat, if not the favourites.

But, the Raptors would have had to do some additional moves to make it happen, so who knows. As it sits today, this roster is still a star like Jimmy Butler away from being legit contenders. They don't really need a superstar.

This is exactly how I feel. All we need is another player that can create his own shot in the half-court and we’ll be legit contenders.

Someone like pre-injury Oladipo or Beal would be prefect. Maybe even LaVine to a lesser extent.

Yeah I thought about it and came up with quite the small ball lineup.

Draymond
PJ Tucker
Jimmy
Klow
Paul

Sixth Man
Marcus Smart

Also Westbrook but he's probably in the "balls too big for his britches" team.

Bigs to consider...
Bam - if he comes back in this finals an plays well the legend will grow.
Robin Lopez - To beat up mascots and for that general crazy look.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

they should win the series but no way should this finalks extend beyond 5 games; all depends on the lakers urgency..

Kobe is not in the conversation.

Meanwhile the playoffs are showing how important the mid range game is. That's what all the 90s superstar 2 guards were known for.

DeButler going off again!
2019 Eastern Conference All Stars

Derozan
Lowry
Ibaka
Valanciunas
Van Vleet
Delon Wright
Lebron
Embiid

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

Herro taking some really dumb shots. Butler needs to be more aggressive. Iguadala scared to attempt a layup.

I dont get why D12 is not used more...LAL size is their advantage. I don't get those soft-switches on JB. JB cannot score on AD one-on-one

Neither did Miami. We could have made it happen if he wanted to be here imo.

How did Kawhi do that when he allegedly asked the Raps to get another star (Beal, etc) and Jimmy said that he was going to a warm climate?

I'm trying to think of a worse 3 through 8 for a championship team and I think you have to go back to the Shaq/Wade Heat where you're making a case for Antoine Walker for the third guy.

Rondo at best plays two quarters of good ball a game and the rest is junk. LeBron and AD is still too overpowering but you can see why a bunch of teams could see an outside path to a chip this year.

Lakers have to be the worst championship team in the last decade. This heat team has to be the worst eastern team since those early 2000s nets teams.

Butler also played way too passive today. Idk what he was thinking.

There isn't one. I can't believe a supporting cast of Rondo, Dwight, Caruso, KCP and Kuzma are gonna win rings lol.
