Who are the best shooters in the draft?
I have Bane, S. Bey and Nesmith. Who else deserves mention?

Isaiah Joe. He is probably the best shooter in the draft despite his stats.

Re: Who are the best shooters in the draft?
Markus Howard finished his college career #2 among all major conference players in threes made per game behind Trae Young, who shot 36% on threes to Howard’s 42.7% and was helped out by Howard having a relatively low-volume freshman year that he played most of as a 17-year-old. JJ Redick, who played in 139 games to Howard’s 128 and shot 40.6% to Howard’s 42.7%, is the only major conference player with more total made threes than Howard.

The fact that guys like Flynn and Pritchard haven't even been mentioned is an indication of how many really good 3 point shooters there are in this draft. Howard might be the best but might not get drafted.

Which would be silly to me. You'd be hard-pressed to say Tyler Herro is above average at anything besides three-point shooting, and he's doing alright for himself. Howard also got to the free throw line a ton and will hit them at about 90%; not like someone can lead the country in scoring by an entire point per game on only threes.

Well, Herro's half a foot taller than Howard and is a far better all-around NBA talent, imo.

Re: Who are the best shooters in the draft?
Terry is the best IMO. Joe has a ideal release and gets it out so quickly, but his stats are scary. Merrill also has an amazing release and quick flick but who knows if athletically he can get them off. Same with Pritchard (Albeit IMO Sam is a much better NBA prospect).
I dont trust Nesmith at all and Winston's weird, low shot makes me worry too.
Haliburton has great percentages but his form makes him a catch/shoot threat only from 3 at the next level IMO. Poku has tons of potential as a 3PT shooter for his size, but at times he does this weird 'jump as far forward while releasing the ball' type hitch that scares me sometimes. Then I see him come off a screen moving sideways and drill one with picturesque body control and drool.
I have a feeling Bey will be that guy like Jerami Grant who comes out of nowhere to be a 38% on 3-4 shots a game guy in a few years.

Re: Who are the best shooters in the draft?
Bane has been consistent for four years, Vassell’s shot looks the nicest for me. I’m iffy on both Nesmith and Bey because of their freshman seasons. I understand both could have improved their shots but Bey shot 64% from the line as a freshman and Neismith has a small sample size really.

yeah I think the question meant shooting from all over the floor as opposed to 3 point efficiency only.
But yeah there pretty much is a bar raised for guards from beyond the break more than forwards.

If Carson Edwards can get drafted in a better class than Howard should. I would love for Boston to use their second on him but they almost certainly won’t after taking two minnys last year.

Pritchard's a member of the 40/50/80 club, and Flynn would be, except his 3 point shooting percentage is under 40.

This is a deeper class than last year's, imo. Then again, I was never impressed with Edwards as a prospect, either.

I dont look at % over mechanics as far as shooting ability when defense in college cannot compare to the NBA and bot of them are good shooters and could be considered in top 20 shooters of all rookies next season but I am never sold it transfers for 1 guards unless they have elite separation ability etc. I mean low release shooters struggle other than from deep usually early on

Cash Winston is my pick, I'd listen to cases for Merrill/Quickley. Terry's up there too.
I bought a boat.
